We use courier companies called Fastway, Globeflight & Paxi (which is PEP STORE TO PEP STORE). ​ Fastway R65 - Delivery time 2-7 working days ( 1 day to process the order) Globeflight R85 EXPRESS SHIPPING - Delivery time 1-2 working days ( 1 day to process the order) ​ PAXI -Delivery time takes 7-9 working days ( 1 day to process order) ​ How does paxi work? Pep stores in South Africa have introduced a new transport system where for only R55 you can send to any pep store. There are over 2000 stores in South Africa! This is a great opportunity for customers who live in outlying areas to be delivered to them at a cheaper rate. Please include your pep store address in your address when checking out. Once your order has been sent you will receive a tracking number via email. You will also receive an SMS stating your parcel has been dropped off and pep will notify you with an SMS when your parcel is ready for collection. They will give you a PIN number through SMS, please also take your ID which you will use for collection. How does Globeflight work? Globeflight is express shipping to major cities. Please allow for one day to process your order then shipped the next working day. Once an order has been made, you will receive a confirmation email with regard to your order. Please give us one working day to process and ship the order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and then further on will receive the tracking number of your parcel. Once you receive your tracking number, you can then track your parcel on FASTWAY or www.fastway.co.za or Globeflight www.globeflight.co.za or PAXI www.paxi.co.za Please note we also have pre-order items, pre-order items will clearly say in the headline of the product "pre-order" and will also state when an order will be dispatched in the products description. Please note we cannot change delivery addresses once sent out. We are only online. We do not do meetups unless stated otherwise per the agreement with the customer. We do not do cash on delivery. If you have any other enquiries, please don't hesitate to contact us. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY If there is something wrong with your parcel with regard to being a defect or damaged goods we can swap it in exchange for another amazing item on our website. Please note the receiver will have to cover both deliveries of returning the item plus sending the items back to you only in the case whether the customer wants to swap the item if they prefer something else.
